Hooray – it’s the final week before departure here in Portland, Oregon. We’re at our Overseas Educator staff leadership training and some highlights have included group camping on the Clackamas River where we saw otters, learned about each other, and reviewed program highlights. We are excited for ‘tramping’ aka trekking in the Abel Tasman park in New Zealand as well as scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia – in addition to learning and growing as a group alongside local program partners. The next three months will be filled with many adventures and we are so excited to experience them in our group – see you soon!
