Welcome to Heuristic Adventures, serving self-awareness one trip at a time. Our intention is to provide novel, small group travel experiences that take individuals to the source of indigenous wisdoms. Over the years of our own discovery we've noticed the similarity in stories of origin from indigenous cultures: How their songs and ceremonies and very way of life sprang from the creatures, rocks, water, fire and winds of place. And, how we are moved by the truth and wisdom that radiates from the faces of these beings.
We believe that truth and wisdom lives in each of us and that we live in a profound time of remembering who we truly are. To discover and wake up to that which lives in each heart and to connect in community in that process fosters that which makes us human, humility, kindness, service, generosity and gratitude.
Heuristic Adventures currently opens the door to the soulful lands of the Q'ero, in Peru, and San people of the Kalahari, in Botswana, Africa. Our travelers receive the benefit of a well-choreographed personal journey that puts you in direct contact with indigenous people on their land. As you open to the spiritual energy of the land that has for millennia shaped these peoples spiritual arts and practices you will experience the healing power of ancient places and rituals that struggle to survive amidst encroaching modern ways of living.
