  1. ICDF www.carpefoundation.org The International Carpe Diem Foundation is a new non-profit created to benefit students from low-income families in the Portland area. Full-scholarships are available for select students to attend Carpe Diem programs. We hope to add partial scholarships available to all students shortly.
