Pristine white sand beaches and scuba diving on Zanz!

Time is supposed to move slowly on a tropical island, right? Not for this naturally nomadic crew. We FILLED the last 2 weeks of our semester so full that we had trouble finding enough time to post a final blog about all our Zanzibar adventures. We gave it a good shot but internet cafes were always full, computers were too slow to upload our beautiful beach sunset photos, or it was the Tanzanian Independence Day weekend and EVERYTHING was closed.

In the end, we we weren’t able to post from Zanzibar BUT we were thinking about all of you and TRYING to share. We hope you’ll forgive us and understand that it was important for us to spend as much time together as possible…celebrating the close of our semester and enjoying this beautiful country. The students left Tanzania yesterday knowing that they’d made the most of their time here.

Still…we want to share our final stories. So, Lil’ and Natskies have agreed to post some final thoughts and photos from home. Check back one last time next week to hear about the close of our semester from their perspectives.
