Hello family and amigos,
This is Wade, Brynn and Jordan on their scavenger hunt. We have had a blast these first few days, and the group camaraderie has been great! Walking around Xela, we visited the makeshift market that is only around for Independence week. We bought an orange from a nice man name Ignacio, and he cut it up and put spices and hot sauce on it. It was delicious. We all got to use a cajero (ATM), and it was really fun to see the Guatemalan currency (Quetzal) up close. We have to go now, but we are all doing great!
