The last week in Cambodia, before departing for Vietnam, we spent at a mangrove conservation project along the Kampot river. We stayed in a Muslim fishing village in thatched roof houses overlooking the water. We collected propagules, planted baby mangrove trees, and started the foundation to a walkway bridge over the water.
