So far Nicaragua has been a blast. The traveling day was long but since we got here, we have been having a lot of fun getting to know our fellow group members and going through orientation.
This country is beautiful and we are all so excited to be here. One of the best things that we have done so far was going to a cool park yesterday, and afterward, playing on a big dirt field with Nicaraguan kids. We played a lot of frisbee, shuttlecock, and soccer, and used our limited Spanish skills to try to talk them.
We are all very excited to start classes!
